It also talks about future disagreements( if any) amongst the shareholders and the way in which it should be dealt. This is just a rough sketch of what a shareholders agreement might contain. The agreement of a marketing and advertising concern, will differ from that of a high tech IT company. The nature of the agreement might differ from company to company and from different types of companies.

The agreement is like a rule book and is prepared in consultation with all shareholders who have to abide by it too.
